ABOUT US – 2008

Just when we think that mini mirco scooter sales must start to level off they go beserk! It is so exciting that everyone believes in them as much as we do. Having both moved out of London the year before we no longer see how many children are using them everyday. When we do get to London we are amazed to see so many. We spend time in the USA helping Julie an old friend get the scooters launched there and find friends and friends of friends to launch them in South Africa and Holland.

The Maxi Micro scooter (first conceived in 2006) hits the pavements. We decide the best way to get it known is to give them out to some of our Ambassador Mums who supported us in the early days. The strategy works and before we know it kids all over the country are pestering their parents for the new Maxi.

Celebrities in the US and the UK are spotted with their children on mini micro scooters. Sarah Jessica Parker is seen with her son on his in Manhatten the day before they launch Sex and the City, the film - Imagine our excitement!
