Choosing
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment via Protx a secure payment gateway.
We will notify you when we receive your order
Paying
Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received in full and cheques are cleared.
Shipping and Handling
Scooters are delivered by courier at a cost to you of £5.95 for 4-5 working day delivery and an extra £1.45 for 1-2 working day delivery.
Deliveries to ROI and the Channel Isles are £8.50 and Northern Ireland is £7.50. Accessories ordered individually are sent by Royal Mail.
Delivery
We will send you an email informing you of the consignment number and showing you how to track the progress of your parcel. You will need to arrange for someone to be in to sign for the delivery. We will not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays. Business Post's delivery times are between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact Business Post 0845 149 2026 with your consignment number if you do not receive your delivery within two days of receiving your e-mail. If Business Post tries to deliver and no one is there they will put a card through the door giving details of how to contact them to arrange a re-delivery. Failure to contact Business Post to arrange a redelivery or collect goods from the business post collection point will lead to goods being returned to Micro Scooters which may result in extra postage being charged for redelivery.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
The price of goods includes all taxes.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Cancellations
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to cancel your contract with us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled goods to us. More information about your rights to return goods under the EU distance selling directive can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/

Warranty
The mini micro is supplied with a warranty of six months for material and workmanship faults. During this period of warranty it is up to Micro Mobility Systems GmbH to decide whether products covered by the warranty should be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper usage such as incorrect installations on the model, careless use such as running against curbstones, etc. Or normal wear and tear.
We can only accept claims if you have a valid proof of purchase. If you make a claim under the warranty your dealer will decide whether the mini-micro will be repaired or replaced with a new model.
