Yes our online ordering system is completely secure, all card transactions are processed via Sagepay, we do not store any card details.

Delivery Costs

Orders Over £100.00 Delivery is FREE to UK Mainland Standard delivery is from £3.95, and will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Next Day Delivery for only £7.45  - Please order before 1.00pm, your order will be despatched the same day.
Orders Received After 1.00pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day for Next day delivery.
Delivery to Northern Ireland 3-5 days: £5.95
Delivery to Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands 3-5 days: £10.50.

 Delivery

Your order will generally be delivered 2-5 working days from placing your order.
Next Working Day Delivery is available if you order before 1.00pm, your order will be despatched the same day.
Orders Received After 1.00pm Friday and on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day for Next day delivery.

We will not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays. 
Delivery times are between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.  

If you are not in to receive your delivery a card will be left by the carrier, please use the details on the card to re-arrange a suitable day for delivery. 
Failure to contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery or collect goods from the Royal Mail will lead to goods being returned to Micro Scooters which may result in extra postage being charged for redelivery.

When selecting Next Day Delivery our courier will contact you by text message indicating a day for delivery and a 1 hour delivery time slot, providing you have supplied a mobille number
If this time is not suitable you have the ability to reply and selecting a different option.
We do require a mobile number to operate this service.

Change or Cancel an Order
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.
If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 0333 3201031 between 8.00am and 10.00pm, 7 days a week, or email info@micro-scooters.co.uk. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order email.
If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please
email our Customer Services team, or call us on  0333 320 1033 between 8.00am and 10.00pm, 7 days a week.

If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.
We will often place smaller items within the Scooter box to reduce packaging, please check the box thoroughly prior to calling.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, follow our Returns procedure or call us on 0333 320 1031 between 8.00am and 10.00pm, 7 days a week.

Once a scooter has been used outside this is an acceptance of your order and we will be unable to accept the item back.
Please make sure you are happy with your purchase prior to using.

 Returns procedure

  1. Contact Customer Services who email you a Returns Form or Click Here to Download
  2. Fill out the form indicating the reson for return and your choice of exchange or refund.
  3. Repackage the item securely and attach the form where possible to the outside of the parcel. Or place inside the parcel.
  4. Return using your desired method, making sure you obtain proof of postage.
  5. We regret that we cannot accept responsibiity for any loss or damage during transit.
  6. Returns may take upto 14 days to be received if using Royal Mail, refunds are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt and can take 5-10 days to appear in your bank.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights
Ensure you return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt

Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us within 14 days, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. See terms and conditions here.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

What is the warranty for the Mini & Maxi Micro Scooters
The Maxi/Mini Micro Scooters are supplied with a warranty of 6 Months for material and workmanship faults.
During this period of warranty it is up to Micro Mobility Systems Ltd to decidse whether products covered by the warranty should be repaired or replaced.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper usage such as incorrect installations on the model, careless use such as running against curbs, excessive weight, etc. Or normal wear and tear.
We can only accept warranty claims if you can produce your proof of purchase.
Most parts on a Mini & maxi Scooter are replaceable, should failure of a part occur we will initially supply a replacement part, only in extreme circumtances will we exchange a scooter

What is an 0333 number?

Customers only pay the same amount as a landline call to a 01 or a 02 number. And the price is the same for calls from mobiles.
0333 numbers are included in any discount schemes or inclusive call minutes that you may already have with landline or mobile phone operators.
 Ofcom, the telecommunications regulator, introduced 0333 numbers so that consumers could have “confidence in the cost of their calls”. Visit Ofcom for more information.
Unlike 08 numbers, 03 numbers cost the same to call as geographic landline numbers (starting 01 and 02), even from a mobile phone.[1] They are also included as part of inclusive call minutes and discount schemes from all major mobile phone and landline operators.
