POSTAGE AND PACKING

Please Note: Any orders Placed after 12 noon on Friday 24th  will be Shipped on the Following Tuesday
Due to Bank Holiday, Next Day Deliveries will therefore not be delivered till the Wednesday

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery for orders will take 3-5 working days, Once dispatched

 Next Working Day Delivery

For any orders placed before 1.00pm:
Your order will be with you the following working day.
This option does not include deliveries on Saturdays and Sunday

When selecting this option if you supply a Mobile Telephone Number our courier (DPD) will text you with a delivery time slot.
If this time is not suitable you can text back to re-arrange a different day.
If a mobile number is not supplied an email will be sent

For any orders placed after 1.00pm:

Saturday Delivery
Place your order by 1pm on a Friday and we will deliver your item the following day.
This service is for Mainland UK only, delivery to Scottish Highlands will take 1-2 days longer

Please Note:
When pre-ordering items with items which are immediately available, the initial delivery will be made on a Saturday and the remaining items will be delivered on our standard delivery

Each order will be charged a separate delivery charge.
If only part of your order is available, we will dispatch the available items and place the unavialable products on back order, to be sent when in stock at no extra cost. We will endeavour to contact you by Phone or Email.
If this is the case and you may cancel these items if you would rather not wait prior to their dispatch.
Deliveries to some postcodes such as Northern Ireland & outlying areas may take an additional 24hrs.
We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.
Our deliveries will take place between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm.
These may be extended at the carriers discretion.
