We try to keep packaging to a minimum and therefore all orders for mini micro scooters only are sent out in their original box without outer packaging. If you would like the box in an outer package please let us know by using the big white box at the bottom of the address detail page
YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS
OPTION ONE - Please send a padded stamped addressed envelope to the value of £1.58 to; Micro Scooters Ltd, 110 Coast Road, West Mersea, Essex, CO5 8NA. Please enclose your axle request and let us know if this is for the left hand or right hand side (as if you were standing on the scooter) WE ALSO NEED THE SERIAL NUMBER - PLEASE PROVIDE THIS. We will then dispatch it for free accordingly. These are very easy to fit, you can also find instructions on the repairs page.
OPTION TWO - IF YOU ARE A BUSY PARENT (without the suitable sized envelope) and want to avoid the hassle of an SAE, simply click on 'add to basket' below and for £6.40, including an admin charge, this will be sent to you by Royal Mail the following day. Please let us know if this is for the left hand or right hand side (as if you were standing on the scooter), if this is for the Mini or the Maxi Micro. WE ALSO NEED THE SERIAL NUMBER - PUT THIS INFORMATION IN THE BIG WHITE BOX AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS.

Scooters are delivered by courier at a cost to you of £5.95,
Unless your order is over £100, then delivery is FREE.
We also offer an Express Delivery Service (2 working day) for an extra £1.50
Delivery to the Northern Ireland is £5.95
Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands costs £10.50.
You will need to arrange for someone to be in at the designated delivery address to sign for the goods. We cannot deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.
Delivery times are between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
