A new brake is straight forward to fix. If your brake has broken and your scooter is less than six months old please  send a padded stamped addressed envelope to the value of £1.96 to; Micro Scooters Ltd, 110 Coast Road, West Mersea, Essex, CO5 8NA. Please enclose your brake request and we will dispatch accordingly. These are very easy to fit, you can also find instructions on the repairs page. 

OTHERWISE PLEASE ORDER ONE AND WE WILL DESPATCH IT IMMEDIATELY.

Technical Information
  • Using a Phillips screwdriver, undo the 8 black screws on the underneath of the foot-plate
  • Lift the deck up and open the 2 brass screws on the brake
  • Remove the screws and old brake then replace with the new one
  • Place the deck back on the base of the scooter and close all the screws
