YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS

OPTION ONE - Please send a padded stamped addressed envelope to the value of £1.58 to; Micro Scooters Ltd, 110 Coast Road, West Mersea, Essex, CO5 8NA. Please enclose your stop washer request and let us know if this is for the left hand or right hand side (as if you were standing on the scooter), WE ALSO NEED THE SERIAL NUMBER - PLEASE PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION.  We will then dispatch accordingly. These are very easy to fit, you can also find instructions on the repairs page.

OPTION TWO - IF YOU ARE A BUSY PARENT (without the suitable sized envelope) and want to avoid the hassle of an SAE, simply click on 'add to basket' below and for £6.40, including an admin charge, this will be sent to you by Royal Mail the following day.  WE ALSO NEED THE SERIAL NUMBER - PLEASE PUT THIS INFORMATION IN THE BIG WHITE BOX AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS

Technical Information
  • Using a Phillips screwdriver, undo the 8 black screws on the underneath of the foot-plate
  • Lift the deck off
  • The washer sits in between the black base and the wheel arm (these are side specific, as you stand on the scooter)
  • Replace the bolt, make sure the oblong end is positioned nearest the floor
  • Tighten the bolt from the top using the Allen Key
  • Place the deck back on to the base of the scooter and close all the screws
