1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, undo the single screw in the middle of the spring on the underside of the scooter

2. Remove the broken spring (you might need to prise this out with the end of the screwdriver)

3. Place the new spring round the () bracket shapes ensuring both the prongs fit into the holes in the axle bar

4. Push the ‘U’ bend down so it fits snugly around the brackets (don’t be afraid to use a hammer)

5. Replace the screw and washer

1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, undo the 8 black screws on the underneath of the foot-plate

2. Lift the deck up and open the 2 brass screws on the brake

3. Remove the screws and old brake then replace with the new one

4. Place the deck back on the base of the scooter and close all the screws

1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, undo the 8 black screws on the underneath of the foot-plate

2. Lift the deck off

3. Wipe the hole the Allen Key Bolt goes into to ensure it is clean and dry

4. Replace the bolt, placing the black plastic washer (side specific) in between the arm and the base

5. When replacing the bolt, make sure the oblong end is positioned nearest the floor

6. Tighten the bolt from the top using the Allen Key

7. Place the deck back on to the base of the scooter and close all the screws

1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, undo the 8 black screws on the underneath of the foot-plate

2. Lift the deck off

3. The washer sits in between the black base and the wheel arm (these are side specific, as you stand on the scooter)

4. Replace the bolt, make sure the oblong end is positioned nearest the floor

5. Tighten the bolt from the top using the Allen Key

6. Place the deck back on to the base of the scooter and close all the screws

1. Remove the handles from the base using the push button clip located in between the 2 front wheels underneath the scooter

2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, undo the 8 black screws on the underneath of the foot-plate

3. Lift off the deck

4. Place the new deck on the base, you may need to put a little pressure on the deck to help push it into place

5. Close all 8 screws

1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, undo the 2 screws on the black plate in the middle of the spring’s coils on the underside of the scooter

2. Remove the broken spring (you might need to prise this out with the end of the screwdriver)

3. Place the new spring round the ‘O O’ bracket shapes ensuring both the long prongs are facing up and fit into the holes in the axle bar

4. Push the ‘B’ bend down so it fits snugly around the brackets (don’t be afraid to use a hammer)

5. Replace the black plate and the 2 screws

1. Using the Allen Keys provided in the box with your Scooter undo the Allen Key bolt through the wheel.

2. Wheels should arrive complete with bearings

3. Place the Allen Key bolt through the base and new wheel and tighten

1. Remove any broken parts that may be left inside the handle tube

2. Fit the Red or Black plastic push button on the silver spring, ensure that the long flat side is facing away from the bend in the spring

3. Push the end of the spring with the bend in it into the handle tube pinching the spring to allow the button to fit inside, you may need to adjust the position slightly until the button pops out the hole in the side of the handle tube

4. Push the handles into the base, you should hear a click once in place and secure

5. Please test the handles to ensure they are fitted securely before scooting

     Neon Brake        
BEARINGS
  NEON BRAKE   NEON U-BEND   NEON DECK

1. Undo the Allen Key bolt through the wheel with the Allen Keys (Size 4) provided inside the scooter box

2. Remove the bolt from the wheel

3. Pull the old bearings out of the wheel using the short end of the Allen Key and remove the spacer

4. Wipe clean the centre of the wheel to remove any remaining grit

5. Push one of the new bearings into centre of the wheel

6. Turn the wheel over

 1. Using a punch and hammer remove the long bolt from the base (punch from the right hand side exposing the gripped end), pull out fully with pliers

2. Take off the broken brake and replace with a new one (you only need to replace the metal pin if it has broken)

3. Squeeze the deck and base together to line up the holes, push the metal pin back through from the left hand side holding the gripped end, tap the remaining part of the pin in place with a Punch and Hammer

4. Push the ‘UB’ bend down so it fits snugly around the brackets (don’t be afraid to use a hammer)

5. Replace the screw and washer

   1. Using a punch and hammer remove the long bolt from the base (punch from the right hand side exposing the gripped end), pull out fully with pliers

2. Undo the 4 silver screws on the underneath of the foot-plate

3. Lift off the old deck and place on the new one, you may need to add a little pressure to the deck to help it into place.

4. Squeeze the deck and base together to line up the holes, push the metal pin back through from the left hand side holding the gripped end, tap the remaining part of the pin in place with a Punch and Hammer

5. Close all the screws
