Q: How do the LED lights work?
A: The all new Mini Micro LED with light up wheels work via inductive charging. Which means the lights work every time your child scoots. This means you don't have to worry about replacing / changing batteries or the lights running out!
Q: Is the Mini Micro Deluxe scooter right for my child?
The Mini Micro Deluxe is suitable for children aged 2 to 5 who are up to 110cm tall. The maximum weight limit is 35kg (5 stone, 7 pounds). The scooter specifically meets the needs of children aged 2-5 because it is lightweight weighing only 3.3 lbs./1.5kg. This makes it much easier to manage than any other scooter in our range.
Q: What makes the Mini Micro Deluxe different from the Mini Micro Classic scooter?
The NEW Deluxe scooter has taken everything that's award winning about the Mini Micro scooter and made it even better. The handlebar of the scooter is now adjustable meaning younger, shorter children can use it. The scooter has an anodised stem which protects the scooter from corrosion as well as making it look great. Finally, the new look deck has an embossed raised grip. What stays the same is the impeccable Swiss design and engineering of the scooter.
Q: Does my child need to wear a helmet?

Q. Is the height of the Mini Micro Deluxe handlebar adjustable?
The Mini Micro Deluxe handlebars can be adjusted from 48cm to 68cm, making the scooter suitable for children aged 2-5. The adjustable handlebar means that your child can use their Mini Micro Deluxe for several years so you needn't worry about buying a replacement.
Q. Does the Mini Micro Deluxe scooter conform to European safety standards?
As you would expect of a Swiss designed and engineered scooter the Mini Micro Deluxe has been Toy tested to EN71.

Swiss designed and engineered the Mini Micro Deluxe's quality components include;non-marking 120mm PU wheels with, ball bearings a flexible fibreglass reinforced footplate to absorb bumps in the pavement, removable adjustable handlebar: 48-68cm, weight of scooter: 3.3 lbs./1.5kg.

Ordering accessories with your personalised scooter?
Our personalised scooters are sent from a different location to our accessory products. If you are ordering accessories with your personalised scooter you will receive two separate deliveries and 2 separate despatch emails. If you need your accessories earlier than your personalised scooter please place a separate order for them.
Total control every step of the way
When your order is despatched you will receive the following from our courier partner Yodel. A text and email with a 2 hour window timeframe and tracking link. Yodel will attempt to deliver up to 3 times. Once your parcel is despatched you have the ability to: Change the delivery address. Collect from a Yodel depot. Nominate a new delivery day. Nominate a safe space for your parcel to be left in. Nominate a neighbours address. Hold your parcel with Yodel if you are on holiday.
2 year scooting warranty
We offer a 2 year limited warranty on each and every scooter. The warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty excludes issues caused by wear and tear, neglect or accident. We also offer replacement parts for our scooters. So if something were to go wrong and you are out of warranty you can repair your scooter rather than throw it away.
