Q: Should I buy a Mini or Maxi Micro scooter for my child?

A: It really depends on the age of your child, whether they've had a scooter before and what they will be using the scooter for. We have a wealth of information to help you answer this question in the Scooter Guide Section of our website.


Q: What is the difference between a 2 and 3 wheeled scooter?

A: Aside from the number of wheels, the main difference is how the scooters steer. A 2-wheeled scooter steers like a bike, i.e. you turn the handlebars in the direction you want to go. A 3-wheeled scooter is steered by a child leaning in the direction they want to go. Q: What size of helmet should I buy my 2 year old?

A: Ordering a helmet for your child is a bit like buying a pair of new shoes. You need to measure your child in order to get the correct size. Children's heads are all different - we have had 9-year-old children who need a small helmet and 2-year-old children who require a large helmet. Therefore, we always encourage parents to measure their child's head before ordering a helmet. Watch our video showing you how to do it.


Q. Where is my parcel?

A. We offer live tracking on our deliveries. You can track your parcel by using your tracking details which can be found on your dispatch confirmation email. This can only be done 24 hours after dispatch when your order reaches your local depot.


Q. How long will my parcel take to get to me?

A. Standard delivery for orders over £49 is 3-5 working days (Mon-Sat). Further delivery information can be found on our website.


Q. Can you deliver abroad?

A. It is not possible for us to deliver internationality. However, please do visit micro.ms to find a Micro supplier in your country.


Q. How do I change/replace/repair my scooter?

A. We offer replacement parts on all Micro scooters. We also have a comprehensive library of DIY How-to Videos available to enable you to fix minor problems yourself. For bigger issues, you can make use of our in-house repair service or one of our authorised service centres. We also provide regular tips and advice on maintaining your scooter.

Q. Can I fit a water bottle and a Micro bag on my scooter?

A: Yes, you can. All our water bottles and bags use a multi-mount clip system, meaning they can attach to any Micro scooter quickly and easily.


Q: How long is the warranty on a Micro scooter?

A: All products carry a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a problem (we promise this is very rare), we will immediately replace or repair your scooter or accessory. Read all about our warranty promise on our website.
