Where is my order?

We are sorry that your order is not with you yet.  First thing to do is to have a look again at your order dispatch confirmation email which confirms the shipping method of your order.  Please allow the fully scheduled time for your parcel to arrive.

For all orders for £50 or over please allow 3-5 working days for delivery
For all under £50 please allow 5-7 working days delivery

We are the only company who stock the full range of replacement parts for your Micro Scooter, meaning you can replace and revamp any worn part providing excellent value for money!

How do I return an item?

Want to return an item?   If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the product to us in within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Here’s how:

When your item is delivered it will come with a Delivery Note, on the back of this is the RETURNS FORM.

If you cannot locate this please click to DOWNLOAD A FORM HERE >

Ensure that you enclose all accessories, in box warranties and any other material supplied at the time of purchase unless informed otherwise

Check that the package is securely sealed and addressed as follows:

My items have arrived damaged - What should I do?

Please get in touch with us! info@micro-scooters.co.uk we’d like to resolve this with you as soon as we can.  All you will need to include is your order confirmation as proof of purchase and if you can a photograph of the damage.  We will be in touch within 24 hours to advise you of the next steps.

My order is missing items - What should I do?

  1. Check inside the scooter box for the missing items as we often pack smaller items inside – this is a better way of keeping things together.
  2. If the items are not in the box then please contact us 0333 320 1030
  3. If your order contained a scooter and helmet then please wait a couple of days for the helmet as these are sent in a different dispatch.
