Next Day Delivery

£9.95 per delivery
- Delivered the next working day when ordered before midday (Mon-Fri)
- We do not deliver via a Next Day service on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
- Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the next working day and delivered the day after.
After despatch, DPD will email/text you with:

Weekend Delivery

£12.95 per delivery
- All orders must be placed before 3pm on the Friday before delivery is required.
- Delivered the next Saturday or Sunday
- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, will be delivered a week on Saturday or Sunday depending upon your selection.
After despatch, DPD will email/text you with:

How your order will arrive
To save on excess packaging we pack your small items within the main box. If there are items that won’t fit neatly into one parcel we’ll dispatch as 2 parcels. Simply check the courier label on your 1st parcel to see if your delivery is 1 of 2.

We are offer 28 day returns on the majority of our products. Learn more about our returns policy.
Personalised Orders
If you have purchased a personalised scooter please be aware that your order can take up to 10 working days from the day of order placement. The order may also be split into two separate deliveries depending on which type of product you have ordered. We’ll send you despatch confirmation emails to confirm when your order is ready and has been made for you.
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland Delivery
Your order will be processed with an additional charge of £9.95 and shipped to you with AnPost. Orders dispatch on our 5-7 working days tracked service. Should you need to return an item please do so using our dedicated returns portal for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Channel Islands Delivery
Please allow1 additional working dayon all orders.
Locations That Can Take a Little Longer for Delivery
Unfortunately, there are some areas that we just can’t deliver to on a next day/weekend service and can only provide our standard service. They may also take up to 3 additional working days to arrive. These include:
Aberdeen, Stirling, Inverness, Scottish Highlands, Argyll, Inverness-Shire, Western Isles, Isle of Arran, Kirkwall, Orkney, Gigha, Isley, Isle of Jura, Isle of Colonsay, Mull, Iona, Tiree, Isle of Coll, Isle of Eigg, Muck, Isle of Rhum, Isle of Canna, Shetland Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man.
Adverse Weather/Circumstances Beyond our Control
These can affect the delivery time for your order. Please do bear with us under these circumstances and our couriers will do their very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately.
Disputed Delivery
If there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact us using Live Chat or WhatsApp within 7 working days of the expected delivery date shown on your tracking. This gives us the best chance of resolving the issue with the courier quickly. Unfortunately, claims raised outside this time frame may not be accepted by the courier and may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
