The highest setting, the height of the seat from the centre to the top of the deck is 24cm, from the centre of the seat to the floor is 28cm. At the lowest setting, the height of the seat from the centre to the top of the deck is 18cm, from the centre of the seat to the floor is 23cm.

Yes. The seat adjusts to 2 different heights to suit your growing child. Once the seat is removed and the scooter works like a normal Mini Micro Deluxe scooter the handlebar can be adjusted at any height to suit your child (maximum height of handlebars is 67cm.)
