"I had terrible customer service when I raised concerns I had received a used brake due to the packaging being opened and there being a scratch on the break. I was basically dismissed and my request to escalatd ignored. Made more insulting that the brake we had fell off as it rusted off 13 months after we bought the £150 scooter directly from microscooter."
