Pick a Day Delivery

£9.95 for Mon-Fri delivery dates
£12.95 for Sat-Sun delivery dates

DPD will send you your 1 Hour Delivery Window on the day of delivery. Please order before 3pm to guarantee next day delivery.

Please note that this excludes all bank holidays.

Express Delivery

£2.50 for delivery

Delivered within 2-3 working days (Mon-Sat)

Orders placed after 3.00pm will be despatched the next working day and delivered the day after.

How your order will arrive

To save on excess packaging we pack your small items within the main box. If there are items that won’t fit neatly into one parcel we’ll dispatch as 2 parcels. Simply check the courier label on your 1st parcel to see if your delivery is 1 of 2.

Personalised Orders

If you have purchased a personalised scooter or accessory please be aware that your order can take up to 10 working days from the day of order placement. The order may also be split into two separate deliveries depending on which type of product you have ordered. We’ll send you despatch confirmation emails to confirm when your order is ready and has been made for you.

Personalised accessories cannot be ordered to Northern Ireland unfortunately.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland Delivery

Your order will be processed with an additional charge of £9.95 and shipped to you with AnPost. Orders dispatch on our 5-7 working days tracked service. Should you need to return an item please do so using our dedicated returns portal for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Channel Islands Delivery

Please allow 1 additional working day on all orders.

Locations That Can Take a Little Longer for Delivery

Unfortunately, there are some areas that we just can’t deliver to on a next day/weekend service and can only provide our standard service. They may also take up to 3 additional working days to arrive. These include:
