What testing has been done?

The FlexiTrike holds a double test certification, the EN1888 pram norm and EN71 for ride on toy so safety is second to none. In addition, it has passed stringent internal safety tests imposed on all Micro Scooter products, including a drop test, impact test, and max load test.

Is the fabric removable?

Yes the fabric is removable and machine washable.

Is the canopy weather protected?

The removable canopy has been protected with a water repellent coating.

Are the back wheels measurements checked for doorways?

The back wheels are 23.5cm at their widest part which makes them nimble for going through doorways, into shops and maneuvering along pavements.

Are the safety strap positions tested for their location on the product?

The five point safety harness has been tested and retested to pass stringent pram norms.

Should my child wear a helmet?

Whilst the FlexiTrike has been rigorously tested to stand up to the toughest adventures, we would always recommend the use of a helmet for ultimate peace of mind.

Can you steer with one hand?

Yes, the clever design allows for one handed parent steering.

How does my child stop the FlexiTrike when in trike/bike mode?

When engaged the pedals act as a brake. The child uses resistance to stop them turning.
