    The scooter looks wonderful. Solidily built and very eye catching. But it was the service that stood out. The delivery was repeatedly delayed by the carrier. When I finally alerted customer services at Micro scooter they took action immediately and having failed to get the original carrier to guarantee delivery in time for my grandson's birthday sent a new one over night to arrive just in time.
