Product Description

This is the pair of holder plates for the Flex Deluxe Black scooter. The holder plates connect the handle stem to the base of the scooter. The plates attach to the handle stem at the top with 2 holder plate bolts part 1031. They attach at the bottom through the folding block with the pivot bolt part 1004.
