Very dissapointed with the quality

"Very dissapointed with the quality of the material used in the Top Clamp. Clamp fractured while my grand child was scooting down the road and the bars came off completely. Luckily no serious injuries thankfully, but certainly could have been. Suggest the company should investigate the quality and specification of the material used. Could have been a one off inclusion in the casting or a bigger (Health and Safety) issue. Interested to hear your thoughts?"
