Not impressed. . . With the sevice
"Product good. . . Service not good. . . . My sons scooter was stolen and broken in Switzerland, we found what was left and I thought it was a good lesson to fix what you have. I contacted the Swiss customer service, even provided the SKU and they couldn't help. It took me 3 minutes to source the parts in the UK and order to my sister and she sent them to us. Probably cost me more in parts & shipping than a new scooter, but that is not the point."
