"I used the scooter serial number to search the website for these parts and yet still it's wrong."

Pretty annoying.

"I needed 2 screws because they broke on the scooter. They were out of stock in ireland for months so I ordered from the UK. The original price for the screws was £3. Then £10 for delivery? (it was a small envelope). That didn’t include the import duties I had to pay for the delivery to be released. The total cost was €20 for a part costing €3. 50. Pretty annoying."

Wrong screws

"The screws didn’t fit. No big deal. I think I must just have had a different model (maybe an older one) to those shown on the website. There were only three (I think) scooter images to choose from on the website and I choose the one that looked like hourse. I found some screws in my shed that fitted luckily as they’re just a standard size. Just thought I’d mention it as I did read a similar review from another customer. Scooter itself is a fabulous product."

"Using your site clicking through the picture of the scooter I thought it impossible to order the incorrect item. When it turned up not only was it the incorrect part but also not two items as shown in the photo just 1"
