    Balance bikes teach children balance first. Stabilisers keep a bike upright, but they do not teach children how to lean, steer and control their body on two wheels. Balance bikes help children learn to glide, steer and stop naturally.

    Yes. We always recommend a well-fitted helmet when riding a balance bike, even for short practice sessions.
