The quality is great and the light up wheels went down very well. She has picked it up so quickly and rides it every day to and from school. As part of my purchase I ordered some ribbons, but mistakenly chose ones that don't fit the Sprite. The customer service team were just amazing - arranging to send the correct ribbons out straight away at no extra cost. What a company! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
