"Received the scooter but missing the footrest axle bolts, face plate for the seat and the spacers, all that came in the box was the seat and the handle. Very disappointing as it was a Christmas presents for my daughter."

"The steering is too difficult. My daughter won't get on it as to turn corners you have to lift up the back of the trike and it scares her. The old micro trike was much better. Now I just have to wait until she's old enough to use the trike. Wish I hadn't bought it"
