Product Description

What you get? This is a bare mini chassis.

What you need? – to use parts from an existing scooter you will need 2 x 4mm allen keys, Phillips screwdriver. If building from scratch you will need front wheels and axle bolts , rear wheel and axle bolt , brake and deck, bend bends and cover plate, steering shanks with bolts , steering link and stop washers .

How to fit?  Place the front steering axle bolts in position and put the stop washers and shanks in position and tighten. Join the shanks with the steering link and tighten the 7mm bolts  ( left and right) in position. Place the left and right B bends in position and screw on the cover palte. Fit the front axle bolts remembering to use the anti clockwise bolt on the lefthand side . Fit wheels and tighten with allen keys. Place rear wheel in position and side through axle bots and tighten. Position the brake and located the 5mm nuts in the underside recess and place the screw through the brake plate and tighten  Place deck in position and screw in  the 8 phillips screws.
