Alternatively, we have provided a list of our UK Authorised Service Centres who will agree a price with you for the repair of your scooter. You will need to order and take the relevant replacement part along with your scooter to the centre. Costs for service centres are not refundable.

We have a number of authorised service centres in the UK for all non-electric scooters. For an agreed fee our service centres can fit your replacement parts and get your scooter back in action.
If you have an electric scooteror you want to discuss a warranty claim then you must contact us directly at our Micro Scooters Centre.
We advise you to use our free and easy tools above to diagnose and order your spare part before talking to your nearest service centre.
Some centres will need you to take both the spare and the scooter to them and pick up once ready in person. All costs for service centre repairs are paid by you and are not connected to your original Micro Scooters purchase.
