We’re firm believers that scooting to school is the best way to start the day. So we do all we can to help as many children as possible do just that.

We’re excited to be partnering with TfL on their TfL Travel for Life Accreditation programme – designed to encourage families to use active modes of transport (like scooting) on their school run.

Working with with TfL we have created a series of activity cards  for schools to complete, along with other active travel activities including art competitions and presentations.

When schools complete the Micro Scooters/TfL activities they will be in with the chance of winning a range of Micro Scooters prizes including fleets of push scooters for schools, special “Micro Scooters Scoot Safe” sessions that help teach children to scoot safely, and Micro Scooters accessories to help children stay safe and hydrated on the active school run.

There are currently more than 1000 London primary schools enrolled on the TfL STARS schools accreditation scheme. Each year STARS schools replace 13 million miles worth of car journeys with walking, cycling and scooting. Working together we want to encourage even more children to scoot to school.
