"I am totally dissatisfied. The product information on the website is overly abundant and is very confusing. At times, the information is contradictory. I asked for more information via customer service but some of the channels don't work. In the end, I was sold something that is too small for me; it arrived with blemishes on the paint work and is too small to ride despite it being an "adult" scooter. No warnings on the webpages. I tried to deal with the company via after sales support, but was fobbed off. I've wasted £150 on an item I can't use. Very poor."
