I love my new Suspension
"I love my new Suspension Micro Scooter! I am scooting 7 years already and this is my 5th Micro Scooter I am buying, as I am using them as my transport for work. Always has been using Micro Deluxe Flexy, unfortunately has been discontinued and decided to go for Suspension. Its absolutely fantastic, the ride is very smooth and I am enjoying it very much. Its a little bit heavier than the other , but kind of getting used to it. Customer service was excellent as well as there was issue with my order, sorted very efficiently and I am very happy! Thank you so much!"

"I am truly enjoying this scooter. I have used it around town and the suspension makes a big difference on uneven terrain. I have tried it on the nearby towpath and it still goes although not as easily. The loose stones seem to get it stuck, and finer gavel would stop it. I find it easy to manoeuvre, I can regulate speed, and it glides easily down hill. This gives a nice sense of control and ease on the journey. The size feels comfortable, both on the foot rest and overall the length and height. it is a bit heavy to carry around unless it is being used. The strap helps a lot, but it is still a heavy thing. It is possible to adjust the height of the handlebar, which is great, and I have added a few accessories which make a big difference. I noticed the public seem to smile at the sight of an adult with a gruffalo and the rocket lighting and don’t get as annoyed to see me scooting down on the pavement. I recommend using it with light heartedness and ease rather than Ernest speed to commute in spite of the scooter being able to support a range of activities."
Good scooter, disappointing accessory quality and customer service
"Let's start with the positives. The scooters are very well-built; sturdy, great quality materials, run smoothly and easy to handle. They also look great. We have spent over £550 on scooters over the last few years and they are worth the quality. I have also been happy to support a small independent business and have repeatedly recommended them to friends for children's birthday presents. However, the same quality does not appear to extend to the accessories. A premium price-point (almost £10) Micro scooter bell did not survive a single minor impact (fall from stranding height) upon the second use, which did not leave a mark on either the scooter or the child, or even hurt the child enough to cry. When I contacted customer services to suggest that given the price, the quality of the product did not match expectations, they politely but firmly declined to supply a replacement, stating this 'accidental damage' was not covered by the warranty; however they offered me free delivery, should I wish to purchase another bell. Some retrospective market research appears to show it is the same type of bell as one that costs £2. 85 from Amazon. In conclusion, these are good quality scooters but poor quality and overpriced accessories, from a business that appears to value a few pounds over customer loyalty and satisfaction. Overall this left a disappointing impression and I would think twice about continuing to recommend this company."

Very pleased with this scooter.
"Very pleased with this scooter. You will have the happiest time on one of these when the surface you ride on is smooth tarmac so you get a silky-smooth ride. If there was one thing I could change it would be to have a brake lever on the handle bar for the rear wheel, simply because you can brake much quicker with a hand lever than having to get a foot on the rear mudguard to do it. I know that would add complexity and cost to the scooter but I think it would be worth it."
