Can you buy just the Mini2Grow Deluxe LED with Rocker base on its own?

Not currently. This product is sold only as a complete Mini2Grow Deluxe LED with Rocker set. That said, offering the base separately is on our radar for future parts sales.

Can I buy just the board? I already have an old Mini stem.

Not at the moment. We understand that upgrading your Mini with the new board would make sense—we're exploring standalone parts to support future compatibility.

Does it mark or scrape wooden floors?

No. The Mini2Grow Deluxe LED with Rocker has smooth edges and non-marking wheels that are safe for wooden floors.

What is the weight and how is it best carried?

Weight varies by configuration—from about 1.95 kg (LED scooter mode) up to around 5.4 kg fully built with seat and pushbar. You can disassemble the T-bar and board and stow them easily in a buggy basket or trunk.

Can I use the Mini2Grow Deluxe LED with Rocker parts with a Mini I already own?

Yes! If you’ve already got a Mini Micro, you can slot the Mini2Grow Deluxe LED with Rocker seat and stem straight into your existing base. That gives you a full 4-in-1 setup – a ride-on for little ones, toddler scooter mode, and the classic Mini Micro scooter for when they’re ready to scoot solo. One base, years of play.

Will the Rocker base be accepted back into Scooter Aid?

Yes! If your little one has outgrown the rocker stage, you can return the base to us through Scooter Aid. We’ll clean, safety-check, and donate it to a children’s charity – so another child can enjoy the freedom of scooting. It’s all part of our mission to reduce waste and pass the joy on.

Could a safety hoop be added for younger riders (12–18 months)?

This is a top idea and under consideration—enhancing young-user stability and safety is a design priority.

What age range does it cover?

The Mini2Grow Deluxe LED with Rocker is designed to grow with your child. Use it in rocker mode from 12 to 36 months, then switch to scooter mode from around 2 up to 6+ years. Got more than one child? Even better. One can rock while the other scoots – no sharing, no squabbles, just happy kids.

"For transparency, I was sent this item in return for a review. We got this for our 10 month old and she’s already worked it out! She can sit on it confidently, hold on, and loves being rocked on it by us. What I really like is that it’s not just a baby toy. It converts from a rocker to a ride on and then into a proper scooter, so it’ll grow with her all the way through toddler years and beyond - so in my honest opinion, it’s worth every penny spent and more. It has an adjustable seat and handlebars, sturdy enough to last, and the light up wheels are a nice touch too. One gift, years of use, and not something she’ll outgrow in five minutes! This is exactly what our kids need and not something they outgrow or get bored of in 5 minutes! It’s on sale at the time of posting this review and I can’t recommend enough!
