damaged on delivery

"scooter is as expected. i hoped that there was more options for writing my daughters name on it. it turned out how i expected with the writing smaller than we wanted and thought it would look much better if it could be larger and bolder. the main issue was the scooter bar clamp came damaged and chipped as if it was dropped. i inspected the box and no damage so this has clearly happened with micro scooter and quality control has failed to pick this up."
