Poor warehouse picking and delivery

"After ordering parts for my daughters birthday, the wrong colour deck was sent out. Speaking with support, they kindly assisted me with a replacement deck (before the incorrect item had been returned). This was brilliant, as there were 4 days before my cut off date. Sadly the item took 5 days to arrive and once again was the wrong colour! I had no choice but to present this to my daughter as a gift, albeit the wrong colour. I did flag this once again and was told by the advisor they rarely check their email. Helpful. Not."
